Welcome to SaleHop. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SaleHop mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), owned and operated by BK SaleHop LLC (“SaleHop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using SaleHop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
To use certain features of SaleHop, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Users may create a sale listing by submitting the required details—such as location, date, time, item categories, and photos. All information provided must be accurate and lawful. SaleHop prohibits the posting of fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or offensive listings. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any listings that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
Listings remain active for five (5) days from the date of posting and will automatically expire and be removed from the Service after that period. Users are responsible for reposting or updating listings as needed. SaleHop does not guarantee visibility or user engagement during the listing period.
SaleHop uses device location data to identify and display sales in your current location. By using the Service, you consent to the use of your location for this purpose. You may also receive push notifications related to nearby sales or app features, which you may manage through your device settings.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You may not use SaleHop to violate any local, state, or federal laws, to sell prohibited or illegal items, to impersonate others, or to post content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or offensive. This includes a strict prohibition on uploading or displaying any sexually explicit photos or adult content. SaleHop reserves the right to limit or terminate access to any user who violates these guidelines.
SaleHop does not provide a communication or messaging feature between users. All communication, coordination, and transactions related to sales listed on the app must occur outside the Service. We do not mediate, manage, or assume responsibility for any user interactions or transactions.
All original content and intellectual property on SaleHop — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, and software — is the exclusive property of BK SaleHop LLC. This content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission. However, photos and other materials submitted by users for individual sale listings remain the property of the user who submitted them. BK SaleHop LLC does not claim ownership of user-submitted photos or listing content. By uploading content to the platform, users grant BK SaleHop LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to display and use the content solely in connection with the operation and promotion of the SaleHop service.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. SaleHop makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or reliability of listings or the safety of any sale. You use the Service at your own risk. SaleHop disclaims any liability for damages or losses resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or disputes with other users.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaleHop, its developers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with other users.
SaleHop may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any associated content or data will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and post the new version on the Service. Continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your state. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts.
By using the SaleHop app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
